Alexander is a very competent specialist! I have been actively involved in sports all my life, there have been many injuries and a lot of different experiences with doctors, physiotherapists, rehabilitation, etc. I have been in Spain for more than 12 years. I searched a lot, contacted both our specialists and the Spanish, and Alexander is the only one who found and helped to understand all the problems that were, both with current ones and with the consequences after earlier injuries and operations. The training was fantastic! A ton of useful information, straightforward and engaging!! I loved the example of how the muscles on a chicken differ (the white muscles in the chest are for beauty, and the red ones in the legs are for speed). 😂 And even though I don't have much experience, Alexander still explained things very clearly! He even gave me a lot of material to take with me so I could deepen my knowledge. He helped me correct my mistakes and gave me advice for further development. I'm just leaving, and I already want to come back for more knowledge and Alexander's invaluable experience. I highly recommend him!
